All of my classes are 100% personalized and tailored to what you want to learn! Whether you want to get a group of friends together, have a girl’s night out or have a one-on-one session in your own home to learn how to make a few simple recipes.

Healthy Grocery Shopping Tour *
A healthy lifestyle starts in the grocery aisle. Learn how to get the most out of your weekly trip to the store.
I’ll show you how to save money shopping in the produce section and when organic is worth it, introduce you to foods you’ve never tried, understand food labels and decipher ingredient lists, and choose the best products available. We’ll focus on what is most helpful and valuable to you so you can more easily, quickly and cost effectively gets your shopping done.
Single session – approximately 1 hour.
This is an innovative way to get your pantry, refrigerator and freezer in order and eliminate all foods that are not supporting the health of your family. I will personally go through all of the food items and explain what is healthy and what should be eliminated and why. This information will empower you for your next grocery shopping trip.
Single session – approximately 2 hours.
