No Bake Salted Caramel Date Pecan Protein Bars

Serves: 4 bars
  • ½ cup Quest Nutrition Salted Caramel protein powder
  • 5 TBS Abby's Better Butter Date Pecan
  • ¼ cup KNOW Foods Maple Syrup
  • 2 TBS unsweetened cashew milk
  • 4 dates
  1. Mix everything until you get a dough.
  2. Shape into 4 equal size bars.
  3. Press a small fresh date on top of each bar.
  4. Place bars in the freezer until solid.
  5. Remove from freezer when ready to use.
  6. Enjoy!
