Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt Cookies

Serves: 4 large cookies
  • 1 cup Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Protein Flour
  • ¼ cup NuNaturals Organic Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 4 TBS coconut oil, melted
  • 4 TBS maple syrup
  • 4 TBS Conutbutter Salted Honey Peanut
  • 1 TBS NuNaturals Cocoa Syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 TBS Hershey’s Sea Salt Caramel Chips(set aside for topping the cookies)
  1. Preheat the oven at 350°
  2. Add all of the dry ingredients to a medium bowl.
  3. Whisk to ensure there are no lumps.
  4. In a separate bowl, add the eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, peanut butter,cocoa syrup and vanilla.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet.
  6. Using a spatula, mix until well combined.
  7. Mixture will be sticky.
  8. Separate the dough and form into four large cookies.
  9. Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Top with sea salt caramel chips and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes.
  12. Allow the cookies to cool for about 5 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
  13. Enjoy.
