Serves: 9 large brownies
Ingredients
  • 1¾ cup Castle Kitchen Classic Caramel Dark Chocolate Hot Chocolate Mix
  • ¾ cup all purpose gluten free flour( I used Jessica's Natural Foods)
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl whisk together hot chocolate mix, flour, salt and baking powder.
  4. Add the wet ingredients(yogurt, vanilla extract and eggs) to the dry, stirring until combined.
  5. Mix in the chocolate chips and pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with mini marshmallows.
  8. Enjoy.
