Single Serve Red Velvet Cookie Dough

  • ¼ cup almond flour( I used Barney Butter unblanched)
  • 1 TBS beet powder( I used Glean)
  • 1 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 TBS collagen(I used Further Food)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup plus 2-3 TBS unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 2-3 TBS sweetener(I used Sugar 2.0)
  1. In a medium sized bowl, stir together almond flour, beet powder, cocoa power, collagen and sweetener.
  2. Whisk the dry ingredients to ensure no lumps.
  3. Add vanilla extract and slowly drizzle in your milk.
  4. Add and stir until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  6. Eat and enjoy!
