Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies

Serves: 8-10 cookies
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 mashed banana
  • ⅓ cup TLC Butterscotch Dessert Spreads Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp himalayan sea salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in one large bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Drop cookie dough by the tablespoon to a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  4. Bake for 18-20 mins at 350 degrees
  5. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
