Happy Friday friends! Hooray for the weekend and healthy snacking! This week I have something simple and sweet to share with you- my review for B’Bites Dried Fruit & Nut Snacks!
What are B’Bites?
In case you are wondering what the ‘B’ stands for? The creator and founder’s name is Billie. Her goal was to create a wholesome snack that is made without added sugars, preservatives, artificial sweeteners and colors. B’ Bites are a handmade dried fruit & nut snack that is raw, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and soy free.
B’Bites come in 4 flavors: Peanut Butter Crisp, Dark Chocolate Walnut, Almond Chocolate Coconut and Cinnamon Raisin Cashew. Each bite is a 1 3/4″ size square that is soft, chewy, and delicious while packed with potassium, fiber, calcium, iron, folate, phosphorus, magnesium, and protein. The best way to describe the texture of B’Bites are that they are somewhat similar to a Larabar but much softer!
Now onto the taste test!
Peanut Butter Crisp
One of their most popular flavors is the Peanut Butter Crisp. Now I can understand why! This tasted just like a peanut butter cookie to me. I enjoyed my bites stuffed with some all natural peanut butter!
Ingredients: Gluten Free Organic Brown Rice Crispies,Organic Brown Rice Syrup, Sea Salt, Gluten Free 100% Whole Grain Oat Flour, Organic Agave Nectar, Dry Roasted Peanuts, and Vanilla.
Dark Chocolate Walnut
You had me at Dark Chocolate! Dark Chocolate Walnut is the perfect cure to quiet down anyone’s sweet tooth. Deliciously full of dates, walnuts and cocoa, these bites taste just like a chocolate walnut brownie!
Ingredients: Dates, walnuts, 100% unsweetened cocoa, vanilla and sea salt.
Almond Chocolate Coconut
I’m pretty positive you are going to fall in love with this flavor. They taste like a mini Almond Joy bar! As opposed to the actual Almond Joy bar, these little bites are made with all natural, healthy ingredients. A great blend of dates, chewy almonds, coconut and cocoa. Perfect for topping off my greek yogurt bowl!
Ingredients: Dates, almonds, organic unsweetened coconut, 100% unsweetened cocoa, vanilla and sea salt.
Cinnamon Raisin Cashew
Love at first bite! Enjoy the Cinnamon Raisin Cashew as part of your morning coffee break! Check out the simple ingredient list! It cannot get any healthier than that!
Ingredients: Raisins, Cashews, Cinnamon, Vanilla and Sea Salt.
Whether it’s first thing in the morning or mid-afternoon, we all need an energy boost at some point during the day! B’Bites can be enjoyed as a healthy snack or even breakfast on the go!
Overall, I definitely recommend trying B’Bites. My top two favorite flavors were the Peanut Butter Crisp and Almond Chocolate Coconut!
