All of their products are gluten free, soy free, sugar alcohol free and Kosher certified. ChocZero uses no sugar alcohols in their products and instead, uses their own exclusive monk fruit formula to sweeten their chocolate. At ChocZero they never sacrifice quality for cost and use all natural ingredients at all times. They use ethically sourced cocoa beans from South America, real Madagascar vanilla beans and premium GMO free soluble corn fibers.

So how does ChocZero Peanut Bark taste?
Peanuts and chocolate are two of my favorite things, so I was expecting to like these a lot. Superb doesn’t even begin to describe how good this bark is! The combination of dark chocolate, peanuts, and a hint of sea salt is so delicious and satisfying. The chocolate is creamy and sweet with the perfect crunch from the peanuts. Great flavor and texture with absolutely no grittiness or weird aftertaste from the monk fruit.
Each serving contains just 2 grams of net carbs and perfect for those that follow a low carb or keto lifestyle. Additionally, each bar comes individually wrapped(6 per box) which makes them easy to handle plus the portion size is already done for you.
So far, I have enjoyed eating the bark alone, with some peanut butter on top, crumbled over ice cream and more recently in recipes. Today, I’m sharing this fun recipe I created using the ChocZero Peanut Bark – Enjoy!
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 TBS vanilla extract
- 1½ cups gluten-free flour
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 2 ChocZero Dark Chocolate Peanut Keto Bark bars, chopped
- In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, pumpkin, and vanilla.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, spices, salt, baking soda and powder.
- Mix these dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chopped keto bark.
- Cover and allow the dough to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and roll the dough into balls onto cookie sheets with parchment paper. Slightly flatten the dough balls and bake for 13-15 minutes.
- Allow the cookies to sit on the baking sheet before moving to a wire rack to fully cool.
