Friday Food Finds – ChocZero Peanut Keto Bark Review

I’m a HUGE fan of all of ChocZero’s products from their chocolate squares to their syrups to their new Peanut Keto Bark! Not familiar with this amazing company? ChocZero is on a mission to transform the sugar-free world by providing products that taste great and are healthy too.

About ChocZero:

“We started in late 2016 with two goals: to make a sugar free chocolate that was truly delicious and to create a company that cared about its customers. Now, over a year later, we’ve grown a passionate community of chocoholics and  have released a wide range of products based on their detailed feedback including everything from a dipping chocolate to a syrup line with no preservatives.

The best part? We’re just getting started. With our customers’ support, we want to transform the sugar free world: we believe products can taste great and be healthy too.”

At ChocZero, ingredients are key!

All of their products are gluten free, soy free, sugar alcohol free and Kosher certified. ChocZero uses no sugar alcohols in their products and instead, uses their own exclusive monk fruit formula to sweeten their chocolate. At ChocZero they never sacrifice quality for cost and use all natural ingredients at all times. They use ethically sourced cocoa beans from South America, real Madagascar vanilla beans and premium GMO free soluble corn fibers.

ChocZero Keto Bark is offered in both milk and dark chocolate in four yummy flavors:

  • Peanuts
  • Coconut
  • Hazelnuts
  • Almonds

So how does ChocZero Peanut Bark taste?

Peanuts and chocolate are two of my favorite things, so I was expecting to like these a lot. Superb doesn’t even begin to describe how good this bark is! The combination of dark chocolate, peanuts, and a hint of sea salt is so delicious and satisfying. The chocolate is creamy and sweet with the perfect crunch from the peanuts. Great flavor and texture with absolutely no grittiness or weird aftertaste from the monk fruit.

Each serving contains just 2 grams of net carbs and perfect for those that follow a low carb or keto lifestyle. Additionally, each bar comes individually wrapped(6 per box) which makes them easy to handle plus the portion size is already done for you.

So far, I have enjoyed eating the bark alone, with some peanut butter on top, crumbled over ice cream and more recently in recipes. Today, I’m sharing this fun recipe I created using the ChocZero Peanut Bark – Enjoy!
