Friday Food Finds- G-Butter Nut Butter Review

Happy Friday friends! In search for a better and healthier snack, look no further! This week I’m sharing my review for 3 of my favorite flavors of G-Butter!

G-Butter is a gluten free, high protein, low carb nut butter spread made with various nuts such as almonds, cashews, pecans and walnuts! The texture is creamy, smooth and much thinner than your traditional nut butters.

Now onto the flavors!

Pumpkin Spice

Get on the pumpkin spice bandwagon and pick up this new seasonal flavor! This cashew blend has hints of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. The pumpkin flavoring is on the subtle side but you can still taste it! This flavor can be enjoyed on oatmeal, rice cakes, a carrot cake bar like I did here or straight out of the jar! The only problem is not eating too much because it is absolutely delicious! They should keep this flavor in the normal rotation because Pumpkin all year round!

Sugar Cookie

I literally think I found heaven in a jar! It tastes just like a sugar cookie and is the creamiest of all of the flavors. You can microwave this to make a soft sugar cookie in just 20 seconds! G-Butter introduced this as a seasonal flavor last year but it now looks like you’ll be able to purchase it year round. This by far is my favorite flavor!

Brownie Batter

I’m on my fourth order of Brownie Batter. It can be spread on anything, used in smoothies, or as the label says, microwaved to make a brownie. I personally love the texture. It reminds me of a mix between pudding and chocolate icing with just a little crunch. It’s delicious and really satisfies that sweet and chocolate craving without any added sugar.

G-Butter also comes in 4 other flavors: Cinnamon Bun,Cookie Dough, Butter Pecan and Cocoa Hazelnut!

  1. I still haven’t tried G-Butter (ahh sorry!), but I definitely know after reading this review post that I need to (and after your past recommendations about it as well). The Sugar Cookie sounds the most intriguing, for sure – I’d use it for baking projects.

    HAPPY FRIDAY!!! xo

    • Hi Liz! Happy weekend to you! I hope you try Sugar Cookie, it’s the best one next to Brownie in my opinion. They have 20% off until Halloween on a purchase- best time to try it! I hope your having a great start to your weekend! xo

    • Hey Jody! These are dangerously delicious for sure! But the macros are incredible! I like the change up from traditional peanut butter sometimes! xo
