Friday Food Finds- Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice!

Happy Friday friends! Okay, so who else has a pumpkin obsession? This week’s Friday Food Finds features great ways you can incorporate a little bit of pumpkin spice awesomeness into your life this fall!

Trader Joe’s Fall Harvest Salsa

Fall Harvest Salsa has arrived at Trader Joe’s. Yes, it’s good! The first ingredient on the list is pumpkin; don’t let that fool you. Even though pumpkin is the primary ingredient, this is a salsa, first and foremost. Let’s take a look at the rest of the ingredients: Tomatoes. Tomatillos. Jalapeños. Peppers. This is perfect on fish, chicken or even your morning omelet!

Pumpkin Coffee

This is the time of year I hit up Home Goods and TJ Maxx at least once if not twice per week. They have the absolute best selection of seasonal coffees. These are two of my favorites! Sweetie Pie Pumpkin Pie as been around for a few years now. I always pick up a few bags because it is truly one of my favorite pumpkin coffees! The Pumpkin Toffee is new to me! Think rich, buttery toffee with a hint of pumpkin spice! So good!

Birch Benders Pumpkin and Waffle Mix

Birch Benders has been my go-to pancake and waffle mix the past few months! The Pumpkin Spice flavor is a favorite! It doesn’t pack a whole lot of pumpkin spice punch so I typically add a few shakes of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to enhance the flavor! The result is always thick and fluffy waffles! This is such a bargain for $4.99 at Target! Check out this recipe on Birch Bender’s website for Pumpkin Spice Latte pancakes – they look delicious!

Gluten Free Pumpkin Pancake Mix

For those following a gluten free diet, Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Pumpkin Pancake Mix is a great option! Honestly, it is one of the better gluten-free pumpkin flavored pancake mixes out there. My pancakes were so light and fluffy, with just the perfect amount of pumpkin and spice! Another great bargain at TJ’s for $4.49 a box!

The Lion’s Pack – Pumpkin Spice

The Lion’s Pack Pumpkin Spice superfood infused protein spread was high on my list to purchase! This limited edition flavor of pumpkin spice has a warming blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and pumpkin. This has a very mild pumpkin flavor. If you like it a bit stronger like I do, add a little pumpkin pie spice to pumpkin it up! Use my code IRONDIVA10 to receive a discount on your online purchase!

  1. Love your pumpkin spice product picks! Some of my favorite pumpkin food finds = Graeter’s Pumpkin ice cream (available only seasonally, like most pumpkin goodies) is so rich & creamy, and literally tastes like a frozen slice of pumpkin pie (sans crust). That’s my top pick. Obviously I haven’t been able to try the ONE pumpkin pie bar yet, but I have a box waiting for me in the pantry 🙂

    Happy Friday! xo

    • Happy Friday Liz! I’ve seen several pumpkin pie ice creams out on the market but never Graeter’s! I still have a few other pumpkin goodies to share this month! This is definitely my time of year! Hope all is well! Happy weekend friend! xo

      • Graeter’s only sells their pumpkin ice cream online or in scoop shops 🙂 Can’t wait to read about your other pumpkin picks! Wishing you a fabulous rest of the weekend! I’m still alive, barely, hahaha.

  2. Pumpkin everywhere!!!!! I am more pumpkin spice than pumpkin lover – I need the extra cinnamon & nutmeg in there. 🙂 Waffles & pancakes look amazing. Unfortunately with age I have had to cut back. I ate again! 🙂

    • Hey Jody! I hear you! Some pumpkin flavored items do not have enough “spice” for me either and sometimes I need to add a bit more! xo
