Sweet Spreads

Sweet Spreads SamplerLooking to buy your Valentine something amazingly healthy and guilt free? Check out Sweet Spreads. Sweet Spreads was founded on the concept of “Coconutter”, which is an all natural flavored coconut butter. I love supporting entrepreneurs – Sweet Mama Mel has put her heart and soul into this business. The Sampler Pack features 6 yummy flavors: Vanilla Cupcake, White Chocolate, Cinnamon Roll, Maple Pancake, Chocolate Brownie and Dark Mint Chocolate Chip. Click here to find out more about Sweet Spreads and order your sampler pack.

B- Jammin’ Bar

B-Jammin-6-packThe makers of B-Up bars have officially launched a brand new energy bar- B- Jammin Bar. I bought the sampler pack which includes 3 mouth watering flavors: Vanilla Cherry Pie, PB and J and Apple Pie Ala Mode. One bite into the vanilla cherry pie fruit jammed center, brought me back to my childhood days of eating Nutri-Grain bars but these are much healthier, tastier and protein packed. Each bar contains 12g protein, 11-13g fiber, 14-15g carbs with 11-12g sugar. These bars will help your valentine fuel their workout, busy day or just as a quick and healthy treat. One of my favorite new Friday Food Finds! To find our more or order your B- Jammin  bars click here !

Nuts n’ More

nuts n more white chocolate peanut butterBe still my heart- Nuts ‘n More just released a brand new flavor White Chocolate Peanut Butter. This delicious nut butter has 12grams of protein per 2 tablespoon serving.  There are white chocolate chips in the mix which I think makes it highly addictive! I physically had to restrain myself from eating the whole jar! They have many flavors to choose from too! Chocolate Almond, Toffee Crunch and the amazing Sesame Cranbutter are just a few of my favorites. Treat your valentine to an assortment of nut butters. Click here to find out more and order your Nuts ‘n More!   Nuts ‘n More can also be found in your local GNC stores.
